• Orders are processed on the same day if confirmed before our daily cutoff time.
• In some cases, orders may be processed on the next working day (maximum).
• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Major Cities: 1–3 working days
• Other Areas: 2–4 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to remain available at the provided contact number to ensure smooth delivery.

6. Damaged Parcel Policy

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged:

• Please record a video while opening the parcel.
• Contact us within 24 hours.
• Provide clear photo/video proof.
