Return & Refund Policy – Sultaziq.store

At Sultaziq.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • The item received is incorrect.

To initiate a return, the customer must provide clear photo or video proof of the product.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product is defective or damaged:

  • We will either send a replacement, OR

  • Provide a full refund (customer choice).

We will cover all return courier charges in this case.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer.

Refund processing time: 3–5 working days after product inspection.

4. Return Shipping

  • In case of defective/damaged item → We will bear the courier cost.

  • In case of wrong item received → Return shipping cost will be covered by Sultaziq.store.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

6. Colour & Waterproof Warranty

All our jewellery is waterproof and tarnish-resistant stainless steel.

We provide a 6 Month Colour Warranty under normal usage conditions.

If the colour fades within the warranty period, customers may contact us for warranty claim support.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only under normal usage. Warranty will not apply if:

  • The product is damaged due to scratches or physical damage.

  • The jewellery is exposed to strong chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents.

  • The product is misused or handled improperly.

  • The item is intentionally damaged or altered.

7. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged by the customer.

  • Return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • No photo/video proof is provided.
